Delivery Timeframes
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
- Other Urban Areas: 3-5 business days
- Rural Areas: 5-7 business days

- Standard Shipping: ₹99 (Free for orders above ₹999)
- Express Shipping: ₹199 (1-2 business days)
- Same-Day Delivery: ₹299 (Available in select cities)

Order Tracking

Return Policy
Freshness Guarantee
We take pride in the freshness of our coffee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly replace your product or provide a full refund.

- Return Authorization
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the product.
- Packaging
Please return the product in its original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is not available, ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened coffee packages
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
Our coffee is best consumed within 30 days of the roast date for optimal freshness. To maintain freshness, store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. We recommend using an airtight container.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team immediately via WhatsApp or email to request changes or cancellation.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans that can be customized to your preferences. You can choose your preferred coffee, grind size, quantity, and delivery frequency. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time.
